True to the original Chronomat which was inspired by the Frecce Tricolori, the Super Chronomat's distinctive bezel rider tabs protect the sapphire crystal – and the tabs at 3:00 and 9:00 are interchangeable, enabling the wearer to tailor their bezel for count up, or count-down missions. New for the Super Chronomat, is the extra-bold 44mm case which is topped with a bezel crafted from stainless steel and finished with a ceramic insert.
The Super Chronomat is water resistant to 200 meters, and is powered by the COSC-certified Breitling Manufacture Caliber 01, which provides about 70 hours of power reserve. This reference is equipped with a classic Breitling signature: a SuperQuartz-powered UTC module integrated in the Rouleaux 'bullet' bracelet, enabling the wearer to track a second time zone at a glance.
