At Topper Fine Jewelers, we want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive a pre-paid shipping label.

  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original presentation box with all certificates, warranty cards, and manuals, then pack it inside a sturdy shipping carton.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for tracking.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers inspect the item to verify its condition, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
